Matcha, Avocado and Pear Smoothie

This nutritious and filling smoothie, perfect for a quick breakfast or dieting. Give it a try and see how great you feel!


1/2 Avocado

1 Pear

200 ml Soya / Cows Milk

1 tsp Matcha green tea powder

Peel and de-seed the pear and chop it to fit nicely into your juicer or blender. Cut avocado in half and remove the stone. Peel the avocado and roughly slice. Add the pear, avocado, Matcha tea and milk to your juicer or blender and blitz until creamy and smooth. Serve, enjoy and get on with your day in great shape.
