Brilliant Green Ice Matcha Frappe

Frappe's are great for summer, but then again we drink cold champaign all year round (well on special occasions, we're not all ballers!). Point is, drink this when you want, it's very very good.


300 ml whole milk

1 tsp Matcha green tea powder

3-6 ice cubes

dash of vanilla essence or 1 tsp vanilla syrup

Combine Matcha, milk and vanilla in a blender or processor and whizz until creamy smooth. Add ice and serve. Brilliant and as simple as that!
